Cancellation & Refunds

  2. To cancel recurring subscriptions, go to https://simplero.com/purchases and stop your subscription payments.

  3. No refunds apply to digital products, courses, and programs.

  4. No refunds apply to event bookings within 30 days of the event.

  5. No refunds apply to previously paid monthly membership payments or subscription payments, however, you may be able to cancel your renewal at any time. Please refer to specific terms of your product as variations to this clause apply.

  6. Deposits for programs, events, and packages are non-refundable.

  7. Specific refund terms and conditions apply for membership, events, and programs. Please review the specific terms at checkout for those specific products and services.

  • you have entered a contract in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; and
